I do ordinary things with renewed sense of enthusiasm which helps me grow out of change, embrace the randomness to connect with people. Drawing from my experience in business management and communication design, I bring cross-disciplinary approach to the dynamic and complex business, civic and social challenges with rigor, depth and imagination as a Social Impact Designer. I believe design has the power to shift behaviors with conversations, arousing curiosity and creating spaces for reflection which makes people think, connect and know themselves better.

My lived experience has contributed towards my passion for causes of sustainability, equality and justice and I am committed to use my knowledge and experience with grit, wit and kindness to work with people to elevate the voices of underrepresented communities. I firmly believe that every life deserves security, dignity and meaning. With a holistic approach and collective power of communities, we can create systems that can make it happen.

Growing up in India nurtured amongst the rich diversity of cultures has taught me coexistence and collaborative skills. I love to work with people and observe how we evolve, change, and adapt. I would describe my strengths as portrayed in 10 faces of Innovation —  The Cross-Pollinator, The Storyteller, and an Experience Architect.

Also, crafting and making things with my hands has been my parallel interests. If not working on a project you can find me exploring; a recipe to make from scratch, trying zero-waste lifestyle, improving my fine motor skills with embroidery and mending projects, hiking, visiting museums, painting or trying a new asana.
